Dr. Jin Liao graduated from medical school in 1998 and went on to complete a postgraduate degree in PhD of Surgery at the University of New South Wales. After obtaining the fellowship of the Australian College of General Practitioners, he studied further to complete the training courses of Dermoscopy and Skin Cancer Surgery. He is a member of the Skin Cancer College of Australasia.

Dr. Jin Liao specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer. He has gained extensive experience in the field of skin cancer medicine from working in the IBIS skin cancer clinic, Rainforest skin cancer clinic and other skin cancer clinics.
Australia has the highest skin cancer rates in the world. Dr. Jin Liao is committed to early detection and treatment of skin cancer to decrease its health and financial burden on the Australian population and health system.
